Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Amazfit UK account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging including all chargers, straps, and manuals to ensure a successful return process.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the UK.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
